Horrible structure to app. Impossible for many elderly people to figure out and use. Keep it simple! On tablet, items on screen are too small and crowded. On phone, too large. Pinch to scale would help greatly. Difficult to compare items. Too much on main page (my recipes, etc could be moved to another tab) including ads (video ads slow down response too much). MyList tab is not intuitive as to what it does (at least for us) Would also be nice to be able to sort items alphabetically and by $

i like the app.... well, i like the savings, that's for sure.... and i really like that pretty much everything is done automatically. my only issue is that the whole process is very time consuming from going through and looking at everything and selecting what you might buy, then going slowly through the store up and down every aisle looking for specific products, making sure that they are the right size, etc. then once home checking to make sure they didn't miss anything.

I constantly have issues with the app. Yesterday (not the first time) I didn't get all my items, because even though I added them, they didn't add. I order many items at a time. I review before I order, but I'm not going to remember everything that should be there. I realize when I need it, that I never got it. Some of the items I had to make several attempts to increase the qty - it would revert back to one. Also, other issues. I've given feedback several times. Do you guys even care??
